Our service includes:
Sourcing international architects and as well as reputable local architects as per client requirement
Preliminary site survey – across the country
Coordination and collaboration with architect and designer for preliminary stage
Initiate kick-off meeting with client and as well as consultants
Assisting to client for submission of permits and other related documentation to government authorities or statutory body
Create a comprehensive site plan in accordance with the International Building Code (IBC), site utilities, facilities and drainage planning, Earth Control Measures - ECM
Create a space utilization program of internal space requirements as per client workflows, activities and special usage of site facilities
Facilitate meetings with authorities concerned as needed to develop basic components and traffic planning of building program, including City’s or local council’s standard building systems, equipment and materials.
Sourcing Geotechnical Team and Survey Team for Soil Test & Demarcation Map/ Certified Map
Obtain a Geotechnical Report which recommends building foundations and paving design. Review, report and alert City or local council of any issues found. Coordinate structural and civil engineer as related to the design.
Obtain Boundary and Topographical Survey (Demarcation Map/ Certified Map)for the property. Review, survey and alert City or local council to any issues found. Coordinate with civil engineer for design.
Conduct Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) (if required), review TIA report and alert the City or local council of any issues found. Coordinate with civil or transport engineer as related to the design.
Attend coordination meetings with City or local council staff and any pertinent external agencies as required to determine and gain approvals from all pertinent entities.
Provide a schematic cost estimate and conceptual project schedule.
Prepare the list for Myanmar Investment Commission if the project under MIC’s exemptions
